2008 Registration Information

Teams are formed according to the age and gender of your child. Under 6 players are gender-mixed. All other players above that level are separated by gender. Check your child's birth date to determine in which age group he/she will play.

Late Registration

LYSC is accepting late registration for new and returning players until July 14, 2008. To receive a registration form please email your name and address to .
Registration forms are not available online.

A completed registration package includes:

• Completed Registration Form
• A 1"x1" current photo of player
• A check for $80 payable to LYSC (includes $25 late fee)

Team Availability: Players will be placed on teams pending availability.

Important Information

• Returning players are encouraged to submit their registration early. All requests will be honored based on the date the complete registration packet is received.
• Returning players have priority over new players if their complete registration packet is received by April 20, 2008.
• After April 20, 2008 all new players and late returning players will be assigned to a team based on the date their packet is received.
• All registrations postmarked after April 20, 2008 must include a $25.00 late fee. No applications will be processed until late fees are paid. Any players dropping BEFORE June 16, 2008 will receive a FULL refund. Players dropping AFTER June 16, 2008 will receive a PARTIAL refund. There will be no refunds for players dropping after July 14,2008.
• July 14, 2008 is the last day for registration.
• Players will be contacted by their coach, when the teams have been formed.
• Practices start in August. Your coach will contact you regarding times and location.
• Soccer season runs from September through November.
