• Referee License Renewal - If you are currently a 2007 Licensed Referee, you still need to Renew your Referee License for 2008. To renew, go to the U.S. Soccer Federation website, enter your Login ID and Password and then follow their instructions for renewal.

• We Need Referees
  We are looking for qualified referees. We have a list of certified referees, but we need more.
  Teens, Players (age 14 and older), Parents and Coaches are encouraged to become referees. Pay per game varies depending on age and level (rec vs. select) but ranges from $10-$20+/game.
  
  
• Qualifications
  All USSF affiliates, including LYSC, require that all referees be certified by the United States Soccer Federation (USSF).
  
  USSF Grade 8 Referee
  A Grade 8 license can be obtained by taking a four-evening course. A Grade 8 license will allow you to referee both Rec and Select League games.
